Questions drivers ask
Do I need to book?
For most jobs, yes: ask for an estimate or call, and we give you a time, usually within two working days. Bulbs, tyre swaps and quick checks are often done the same day.
Can I bring my own parts?
Yes. We fit them, but the 12-month warranty then covers our labour only, not the parts.
What does the warranty cover?
12 months or 20,000 km, whichever comes first, on our labour and on every part we supply.
Do you work on every make?
Petrol, diesel and LPG cars of every make, and hybrids for regular service. We do not repair the high-voltage systems of electric cars.
Is the estimate binding?
The estimate is a range. We confirm the final price after the check on the lift, and we never do extra work without asking you first.
How can I pay?
Cash or card at the workshop. Companies can pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
